I am thrilled to be participating in the Smile Group 3 Peaks Challenge, a walk event this October. I have worked for Smile Group for over a year now, and I have witnessed first-hand the incredible impact of their work. Smile Group provides vital support to new parents facing mental health challenges in Cheshire East. As a charity, they constantly struggle to secure the necessary funding to sustain this essential service, which serves as a lifeline for numerous families. During my own journey into parenthood, I faced difficulties without access to professional support. While I was fortunate to have a strong support network, I often reflect on how different my experience might have been with the support of Smile Group or a similar organization. It is deeply meaningful for me to contribute to new parents during this pivotal time in their lives.
