Story

On 12th October 2024, a team from Clifton Homecare are taking part in the Blackpool Memory Walk to raise sponsorship money for both Trinity Hospice and Brian House, to help them continue to provide specialist palliative to many people in the Fylde area.

We will be walking 5 miles in memory of our loved ones, whilst enjoying a night under the lights of the Blackpool Illuminations and continuing to raise awareness and funds for this much needed cause.

Every donation is gratefully received - thank you for your support!
