This year along with my sons rugby team Otley U13s Zebras, we have been raising funds for the charity Cure Parkinson's.

The team have been absolutely amazing and together have raised over £18,000 with still more money to add to the page.

I'm letting them have a well deserved rest and this October both Steve and me are planning on walking/running over 60 miles to raise a little but more for the charity.

For those of you who don't know (not many) i have Parkinson's, im struggling at the moment to walk properly especially long distances so this is a challenge to get me moving and to build my confidence up again.

Hopefully one day there will be a cure but in the meantime I'm going to keep smiling, keep going, keep fighting and im not going to let it beat me ❤
