Story

As many of you will know, I spent over a month in hospital earlier in the year. Since being discharged in March, I have been working hard to rehabilitate and regain my strength and as much mobility as possible. To help with my motivation for this and to contribute to the Compass Therapy Centre’s 40th anniversary fundraising initiative , I've signed up for the Walk 40km for our 40th year. Or in my case 40 km on my exercise bike over 40 days starting on Thursday 11th July!

Compass provides vital services to those living with a range of neurological conditions including MS, Stroke, Parkinson's and Long Covid.

For their 40th year they are trying to raise £40,000 so that they can continue to provide subsidised therapies and support to those who need it most.
