This August and September my friend Jo and I are fundraising for the Critical Care Unit at Stoke Hospital. We are doing this as a thank you to the CCU for all they do for the people of North Wales, and I am doing this also as a particular thank you for the excellent care they gave to a dear friend and former parishioner, Alwena.

We both lost a dear friend from Stoke this year and we will be thinking of him as we walk.
