Story

Well - I’m absolutely terrified of heights, tall buildings and things with more legs than me. Speaking of legs, I happened to lose mine to illness 14 years ago, so actually most things (with legs) have more legs than me! Finding things to challenge myself and push my own boundaries these days is, well challenging

What can I do for charity? I thought to myself one day. I know, I thought, I hate heights - I’ll do the sensible thing and abseil 150 feet from the top of the very tall Anglican Cathedral. After all, it is for a very deserving and worthwhile charity, and it may well cure my fear of heights and tall buildings.

I’m still wary of things with more legs than me though.

Please donate whatever you can, no matter how big or small, for this brilliant and deserving charity.

Thank you

Carl

p.s. I'm already thinking about next year's challenge. A skydive is looking favourite at the moment! Watch this space.
