Story
On Saturday 29th March, myself, some of my family and some friends will be taking part in a Twilight Walk through Delamere Forest to raise money for a charity close to my heart.
Since 1988, St Luke’s Hospice in Cheshire has been providing palliative care to local people, supporting them in ways which go beyond the scope and funding of the NHS - including for myself. I have been fortunate enough to have had access to the day hospice for chemotherapy treatments, having bloods taken, counselling and even some complimentary therapies.
Being able to access such wonderful facilities on my doorstep has really helped us as a family - and many other local families.
So if anyone is able to donate to this wonderful cause (no amount too small) I would be very grateful.
Thank you
Carla 🤗
