I will be walking 200 miles in April to raise money for Colostomy UK, see below for details of their work.
I have had my stoma since 2012 , following emergency surgery. Colostomy UK helps you to realise it is not the end of your world.
My walks are likely to include:
The Wirral Way, The Wirral Coastal Path, Sections of the North Wales Coastal Path.
Lake District Fells: Longlands Fell, Brae Fell, Great Sca Fell, Knott, Meal Fell, Great Cockup, Great Calva, Skiddaw, Skiddaw Little Man, Bakestall, Clough Head, Great Mell Fell, Little Mell Fell
