On the 19th September 2023 I will be cycling 920 miles from John O’ Groats to Lands’ End - "In nine days".

It's a great physical challenge, but more importantly I will be raising money for Parkinson's UK.

This cause is very important to my family, as unfortunately we've seen the effects of this disease first hand on family members and friends.
