Well last year I took part in the Liverpool Cathedral abseil, and having lost both legs to illness well over a decade ago, coupled with the most irrational fear of heights, I thought what could go wrong? Well as it happens, it all went swimmingly.

Not being one to outdo myself, I thought I'd set my sights a little higher this year. I've signed up for the skydive in April 2025

My legs still haven't grown back, and I'm still terrified of heights, but as this is for such a deserving and worthwhile cause, I couldn't not.
