I am participating in the 31st edition of Triathlon of Compassion, the Victoria Sexual Assault Centres (VSAC) biggest annual fundraiser.

I'm running on the VSAC Relay Team and raising funds to support VSACs services, including their:

-24-hour Clinic that provides emergency support and medical care for recent survivors,

-Service Access Line,

-Counselling,

-Criminal justice system support,

-and violence prevention initiatives.

These programs are important because when a survivor receives immediate, compassionate care it has a significant impact on their healing.

The Victoria Sexual Assault Centre provides trauma-informed sexual assault support services and prevention education free of charge to survivors and the community. They rely on fundraising to sustain their programs.
