I'm running (for the 8th time!) the Cardiff Half Marathon for The Wallich on Sunday October 6th 2024. Ronan wanted me to choose The Wallich this year and I have to agree it's a fantastic Charity to support. I'll even train properly this year… (well the intention is there!) and match or meet my PB of 2hr13.

The Wallich is Wales' leading homelessness and rough-sleeping charity. They work side-by-side with people to help them rebuild their lives and move away from homelessness, for good.

Their teams have been there for more than 7,000 people during the most unpredictable and worrying times we have ever faced.

It is vital that people continue to receive support throughout and beyond this crisis.

Whether that's providing emergency accommodation, supporting people with mental health and substance misuse issues, or upskilling for the future, they services cover all parts of someone's journey out of homelessness.
