The Jersey Cardiac Team are entering two teams in the Jersey Marathon Relay Race and we are raising funds for the Jersey Heart Support Group. We are aiming to raise £1000 to support the work of the Charity who's goal is to improve cardiac care in Jersey. Anything you can donate will help the charity to increase the range of activities supporting cardiac patients and their family and friends.
