100k Challenge in memory of Liv

During #HeartMonth this February, Cara Group are encouraging our employees, families and friends to help raise awareness and vital funds for CRY by moving 100km in the month.

Whether they choose to run, walk, swim or cycle, it’s the perfect way to boost your energy by getting active, whilst supporting the charity.

This could be a personal challenge or why not set up a team with your family, friends, and colleagues. Not only is it a great way to move more but by getting more people involved, it helps to raise funds and awareness of CRY to a bigger audience.
