Alzheimer's Research UK ARUK Railway 200 https://railway200.co.uk/: Walk for Railway memories.

The walk will take place Wednesday 2 April, in Milton Keynes starting at Network Rail’s Quadrant offices at approximately 11:00 for a 10km walk past the railway station and around the local area, including Teardrop Lake. We’ll walk at leisurely pace, providing participants the opportunity to take their time to connect with others, move their bodies and take in the beautiful scenery. Walking can have a positive impact on mental clarity and cognitive function. Engaging in physical activity increases blood flow and oxygen supply to the brain, helping to improve overall brain health.

In 2025, Railway 200 will celebrate the 200th anniversary of the birth of the modern railway and how it transformed Britain and the world. To celebrate this milestone and create a better future, Railway 200 is partnering with five charities to raise funds and awareness for their vital work.
