Story

In March 2024 Giles Wright (Storeman), Mat Jones (Managing Director), and Darren Tucker (Surveyor) are walking 100 miles to raise money for Children's Hospice South West, Camel's chosen charity of the year. With overall elevation changes of over 21,000 ft, the 4-day 3-night coastal path route starts from Camel's Barnstaple branch to the head office branch in Wadebridge. This is going to be a real mental and physical challenge to complete, all while carrying a PVC window frame.

Of course, our main goal is to raise as much money as possible for Children's Hospice South West, which provides invaluable care and support to children and their families with life-limiting conditions. It's a local charity and one we are proud and passionate about supporting.
