Story

Thank you for visiting my page!

Five years ago, my family's world was shaken when we lost our father/husband to sepsis. His passing left an indelible mark on our hearts, igniting a fire within us to make a difference in his honor which is what I have been trying to do with the Cheetah Conservation Fund in Namibia.

On 18th May 2024, I'll be embarking on a monumental journey with my sister and Mum: the Jurassic Coast Ultra Marathon—a grueling 58km test of endurance and determination. This event holds profound significance for my family; as the location is that of special meaning due to numerous holidays being spent here as a family.

This will be my first fundraising endeavor since his passing, I couldn't think of a more fitting way to honor him than by raising awareness and funds for the Cheetah Conservation Fund. Every step I take along the rugged coastline will be a reminder of his strength, courage, and the cherished moments we shared.

Cheetahs were once found thriving in numbers of more than 100,000, across a range that stretched through Africa and Asia; today, just 7,100 remain in the wild, occupying 9% of their natural range. The cheetah is now Africa's most endangered big cat.

By working together we can save a species!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for any support. With your help, we can turn tragedy into triumph and create a legacy of hope in my father's name.
