Jordan, Tyler and I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon 2024 to raise funds for the MIND charity in honour of our family and friends who struggle with their mental health, especially our cousin Logan, who lost his battle in 2021.

It is a charity that is incredibly personal and close to our hearts. The impact charities like MIND have on people's lives is invaluable. We want to give back and help ensure that MIND can continue their vital work in improving the lives of individuals and families dealing with mental health issues.
