Hi, I'm Hailey, a Sims 4 Streamer from the UK who used to volunteer for The Cats Protection in 2022. That is where I met Lilibet.

I adopted Lilibet from my local Cats Protection in November 2022. She was 9 years old, overweight and had been placed into care after her owner passed away. She was in care for months, undergoing surgery and living on a specific diet to help with her weight. The Cats Protection did everything they could for her.

I bought her home with me, and after going through a difficult breakup and then learning to navigate life on my own after a decade, Lilibet was there for me every single day. She made me enjoy life.

In March 2024, after only 16 months together, Lilibet sadly passed away after being diagnosed with a mass in her abdomen just 6 weeks prior. I was heartbroken and this March, I was to raise money for the Cats Protection in her honour. The Cats Protection are there for every vulnerable cat and kitten.

Whenever a cat comes into Cats Protection's care they’re checked thoroughly nose to tail and, on average, receive four treatments but they never know what kind of care the next cat through their doors will need.

Road traffic accidents, undiagnosed conditions, broken bones, illnesses. Whatever the cause, thousands of cats in their care each year need surgeries and treatments alongside their standard care.

In 2023 veterinary treatments cost Cats Protection adoption centres over £1,200,000. Any donation, big or small, will help to ensure that each and every cat gets the vital care that they need. Thank you!
