Running is an activity I resort to when I'm sad and also when I am happy. Where I process my thoughts, ground myself and regain my energy. I have been fortunate enough to participate in runs in many parts of the world; Oman, Jerusalem, UAE, South Africa, London, Sweden, Ireland; Where each one has been a beautiful and unique experience... but they have all been for me.

This year I want to run for others. For children who may not be able to run, for the Children in my home country who haven't had the opportunities to travel and explore the world like I have. I want my steps to mean more this time.
