On February 15-24, 2024, I will be serving on a Christian mission team that will serve in Athens Greece, through my school Greater Atlanta Christian in Norcross, GA.  These donations will help me fund my mission trip to Greece where I will be able to spread God's impact and the love of Jesus with refugees.  Our trip directly supports the Hellenic Ministries, an international missionary society that is committed to bring Christ to the Nations.  (https://hellenicministries.org/)Together we will provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support for refugees, building relationships with those we meet to show Christ’s love.  Additionally, we will be working within the existing outreach programs that have been established by Hellenic Ministries.  I am especially looking forward to the Love Meal where we will feed over 300 refugees.Previous students who have served inspired me with their comments after the trip:"Some of our best moments were those when we visited refugee families in their homes. We would take groceries to bless them and then we would sit and talk to them about coming to Greece, their homeland, their families, their faith. The refugee families were always welcoming to us (sometimes serving us tea!) and their stories of hope were inspiring. We visited families from Afghanistan, Iran, Ukraine, and Egypt!""I think my favorite part of the trip is seeing the growth of our GAC students. They develop friendships that they would not have back at school, they step outside their comfort zones to get to know refugee families, and they deepen their relationship with God.
