Between 12th and 14th August I am cycling the width of the country - from Whitehaven to Tynemouth - a total of 157 miles.

I will be doing so for Stockport NHS Charity, after my father spent several days in Stepping Hill Hospital recently, and the staff can do with all the help they can get!

Stockport NHS Charity fund above and beyond what the NHS receives to create safe and vital spaces for vulnerable patients, to make their stay in hospital as pleasant as possible.
