HCT is dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable and homeless individuals across Newport and South East Wales by delivering vital outreach services directly where they’re needed in a sustainable way. Through the provision of hot and cold meals and essential supplies, HCT offers immediate relief, while also guiding individuals toward practical support services, bridging the gap between them and agencies equipped to help. In urgent cases, HCT arranges and funds emergency accommodation, collaborating closely with local councils to address the immediate needs of those without a home.

HCT operates a community hub twice a week, where they serve warm meals and drinks to homeless and vulnerable clients. Additionally, their “Pink Pantry” program provides food parcels to individuals and families in need, and their youth club creates a safe space for children with social challenges. Through these efforts, HCT fosters stability, connection, and hope for those they serve.
