Story

Myself and my amazing girlfriend Francesca are jumping off the Owen building at Sheffield Hallam University together (suspended by a rope, AKA abseiling) on what is also her birthday- May 11th 2024. The aim is to raise £1000 for St Luke’s Hospice in Sheffield. This great place is where Francesca’s brother Ross spent his final few weeks in late 2023. The care and support he received there from the doctors and nurses, the hospitality team and volunteers made Ross’ final journey a positive one, something which was very important to him.

Any amount you can spare to sponsor us will help St Luke’s in their mission to deliver the best possible care to the people of Sheffield who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness. This will be Francescas first ever abseil.

The Owen Building-

Francesca also has a JustGiving page for this event so feel free to sponsor us both or just one of us.

Ross- 17.3.76 - 20.12.23

Thank you 🙏
