Burton Albion Academy From 14th June to 14th July, are calling on all their players to put their talent to the test and complete as many keepy-ups as possible whilst raising sponsorship along the way to help fund vital care in our community.

We asking you to support them in this challenge all for a fantastic local charity! Speak to one of the players to sponsor directly or donate to the page to support the cause.

How your kind donations could help:

£28 could pay for 1 hour of one-to-one nursing care for a patient

£40 could pay for 1 hour of our Advice and Referrals team where dedicated clinical staff are at the end of the phone to help 24 hours a day

£200 could pay for visits to a patient in their own home by our community nurses
