Buckden Parish Church has chosen Dementia UK's Admiral Nurses as their chosen charity for the month's of May and June 2023, in support of Richard Noble's 84 at 84 week's walk for Dementia UK in June.

All donations made through this page will count towards the church's support for Dementia UK over these two months.

St Mary’s is a beautiful Grade 1 listed medieval church in a beautiful setting. Many people come from far and wide to enjoy the building, it's history, and it's sense of peace and tranquillity. Being situated close to Buckden's roundabout on the busy A1 trunk road, halfway between Peterborough and Biggleswade it is a popular stop for travellers looking for refreshment, whether for body or for soul. Though an ancient building the church has modern facilities and resources for rest, prayer and reflection.

The Admiral Nurses do amazing work with families living with dementia and with the professionals and others who help them. St Mary's Church Buckden are glad to help raise their profile and support them in this way. Please help achieve and exceed this target.
