Every 2 hours someone receives a brain tumour diagnosis and every week a family will lose their child. Our Brain Tumour Research Centre of Excellence is fast-tracking new therapies to improve survival and ultimately find a cure.

Story

I am raising money for Brain Cancer Research in memory of Andy Sawer, my ex-boss, good friend and huge character whom we sadly lost far too early at the age of just 59.

It's estimated that 55,000 people in the UK are living with a brain tumour every day and 5,300 people lose their lives each year. Brain tumours continue to kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer and reduce life expectancy by, on average, 27 years - the highest of any cancer.

Please help me in my quest to raise £1,000 as I embark on Leg 2 of my 800k Camino Charity walk on my too metal knees!

Thanks

Bryn
