Story
Thank you for taking part in our centenary climb at Kinder Scout in the UK’s Peak District.
We are proud to be raising money for Age UK, Belstaff’s ongoing charity partner. We are incredibly passionate about their vital work, because we believe that later life is something to be celebrated.
THE CHALLENGE
Complete the 13.7km circular hike through Kinder Stout and Kinder Downfall in 4 hours – reaching the highest point in the Peak District through steep elevations and muddy, rocky terrain.
WHAT DO AGE UK DO?
Provides companionship, information, advice and support for those who need it most.
Campaigns for policy change, raises awareness and conducts research.
Facilitates better access to local healthcare.
Delivers wellbeing programmes.
Secures a strong and enduring local presence of community organisations that older people need to thrive.
