Story
On Thursday 22nd June a team from Brown Butler are walking from Saltaire to Leeds on the towpath of the Leeds to Liverpool canal, a total of 15 miles which will take approximately 5-6 hours.
We are doing this to support our charity of the year Zarach.
Many children are going to sleep hungry and cold without a proper bed of their own.
Poverty is a real problem that has a significant effect on a child’s education. By providing something to eat and a good night’s sleep, we hope to give every child an equal chance to learn and succeed at school.
You can help children living in poverty.
Together, we can meet their basic needs, give them a good night’s sleep and an equal opportunity at school.
If we don’t act now, these children will remain cold, hungry and tired.
We can make a difference.
