Story
In June 2024, Aaron,Donna,Taylor,Sarah and Pip are taking on a Mighty Hike in London to raise vital funds for people affected by cancer.
We have pledged to raise £1250 together and would appreciate any support in reaching this. By fundraising my pledge, I could pay for a Macmillan Support Worker for ten days who could provide emotional, practical and financial advice to someone affected by cancer.

Since my mum passed of cancer in 2019, I have always wanted to give back to MacMillan as a way to say thank you for the support they gave my mum & our family. This is a great opportunity for me to do that & along the way challenge myself, and there is no better place to do it in my Mums home town of London.
Donna/Aaron Knighton
In June 2022 we did our first MacMillan mighty hike on the south coast raising over £800. Since this event Donna’s mum was diagnosed with cancer and won her battle. We have decided to raise more money for MacMillan as we know how important they are to help families and victims in extremely tough times.
Taylor/Pip
Having both done a charity event in 2023 walking 40 miles across 3 days with the school they have both decided to join the parents on a different challenge and complete a 26 mile hike in 1 day and raise valuable funds for MacMillan cancer support.
Wendy Van-kerro
Wendy will be joining us for this mighty hike, a very late admission as Donna is unable to take part
