XLP is a youth work charity that began in 1996 when a school, shaken by a playground stabbing, asked a local youth worker to come in and help restore hope.

Today, we support over 4,000 young people each year across nine inner London boroughs and the City of London, breaking chains of inequality and empowering them to rise and transform their futures, through education, mentoring, sports, arts, and community work.
