I am joining colleagues at De Montfort University in supporting this tremendous cause to raise money to combat homelessness. It is criminal that in our modern society, people are sleeping rough, and it feels like the issue is getting worse, not better. Everyone deserves somewhere warm and safe to sleep and a roof over their head.

I often see a young woman on my way in to work and recently, when I asked her how she was, she said "still alive". I can't imagine the fear of being alone on the streets at night.

Please support me by contributing as much as you can - no contribution is too small and anything will be greatly appreciated and will go towards supporting someone who really needs it.
