Tracey and I ran our longest run yet, 25.28km =15.70 miles today. That’s over half a marathon. Great weather again along the promenade from Walton Pier to Clacton Pier and back. Photo at start. Photo at Martello tower, and map. Sorry there is no way I can show you a photo at end.
29 Mar 5km Harwich Parkrun, 1st time and test with Simone in the Wheelchair. All the practice and rehearsal went smoothly and it was a success. 4 weeks to go.
22 Mar 5km Clacton Parkrun then another 10km along the promenade from Clacton to Seawick and back.
16 Mar 16km total with 5km pushing the Wheelchair along the Promenade Frinton to Walton and back. Then a continued run to Holland on Sea and back to Frinton. All going well but there was a strong headwind on return.
15 Mar 5km Harwich Parkrun pushing the Hippocampe Marathon Wheelchair for the 1st time.
