Our Next Operate Charity Challenge!

The Brecon Adventure Triathlon (BAT), our next Operate charity fundraising challenge, is taking place on Thursday 10th April in support of our 2025 corporate charity, Alzheimer's Society.

This year's event will take place in the Brecon Beacons, South Wales, and will be a test of endurance, courage and strength as teams face the challenge of summiting Pen Y Fan, followed by a (downhill!) cycle ride and in the final leg of the Triathlon will face a canoe paddle back to Brecon. This years challenge consists of a 7.5km hike, 16km bike ride, ending with a 3km canoe, and will be a challenge to remember.

We are once again partnering with The Adventure Element, who have created an event that will be a challenge but also enjoyable for everyone, with bucket loads of Type 2 `fun' (those who have taken part before will know all about that). Lockton, Ligtas, Swaine Allen, Jones FM and PFM have generously sponsored this event and enabled this incredible challenge to run another year.

The teams have already started raising money for Alzeimer's Society on their Just Giving page with a fundraising target of £7,500. If you would like to contribute to their efforts it would be most appreciated.
