Story
I'm sad to say my mum died on the 18th of June 2024 following complications linked to breast cancer. She'd been diagnosed back in October of 2021 and had one hell of a journey. She remained steadfast and was an inspiration to us all throughout her constant appointments, surgery, and battles with chemotherapy. Friends and family made the most of the time we had left with her, growing so much closer as a family as a result.
My mum recieved phenomenal care from the NHS, so we want to raise money for breast cancer research to help the NHS develop therapies for cancer patients in the future. My mum knew how much love and support she had been given and was so keen to give back just as soon as she got better. That's unfortunately not something she can do but with your support we can give back on her behalf.
Please give what you can, all donations are truly appreciated. The Nottingham Half Marathon is a great event so come along and cheer us on on September 29th!
