Ealing Parish ACN group has collected foreign and obsolete coins as part of our #RW activities for several years. This year we’ve had an extraordinarily large and generous donation, weighing some 59 kg!

We first extracted the current UK coins, which came to £394.04. The rest was valued by a coin convertion at £668.69. Our ACN group is delighted to have been able to raise over £1,000 in this way from change we can make a difference.

For children growing up in war, conflict or with threat of violence, the world is a fearful and dangerous place. In countries where Christians are persecuted, Christian children are collateral damage in the overall brutality – and the numbers run to millions.
