Following a successful sprint distance triathlon last year, the main event I am taking part in to help fundraise for All Hands & Hearts (UK) Trust is the Grafham Triathlon (1500m Swim, 38k Bike, 10k Run) on Saturday 26th September. I hope to provide training updates on how this is going!
