My brother and I are getting out with our family to do Walk'n'Roll this year to raise vital funds for Crann. We love going to Crann and my brother really enjoys his playgroup with friends!

The funds we raise will go to supporting children, adults and families with neuro-physical disabilities through programmes at Crann!

Crann uses a 2Gen Model of Care to support people with neuro-physical disabilities - Spina Bifida, Hydrocephalus, Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Osteogenesis Imperfecta, Arthrogryposis, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke and Multiple Sclerosis.
