Story
For the first time, Brain Tumour Research is holding a Christmas Fayre in Buckinghamshire, the county where the charity was first established, to celebrate the festive season and raise much-needed funds.
Each of our Research Centres of Excellence needs £1 million a year to sustain the vital discovery research so desperately needed to find a cure for brain tumours.
That’s £2,740 every day, per Centre. We are hoping to raise enough to sponsor a day of research, to help us in our mission to find a cure for all types of brain tumours.
On Sunday 10th December, The White Hart in Sherington, Newport Pagnell, will be opening its doors to welcome supporters of Brain Tumour Research to enjoy a day filled with an eclectic range of craft stalls, mulled wine, local food vendors, face painting, carol singing, art and craft workshops, and more. We will also have a Christmas raffle where you can be in for a chance to win some beautiful prizes donated by all our brilliant stallholders.
This special event is in association with local business, Something Less Boring, which will be putting on some amazing art and craft workshops on the day.
