Bobby Richardson is raising money for Little Havens Children's Hospice

adidas Manchester Marathon 2025 · 27 April 2025 ·

Little Havens provides specialist care and support for babies, children and young people living with complex or incurable conditions from Essex. Our care includes everyone to make sure the right support is there, where and when they need it. This care is provided absolutely free of charge

Story

Around one and a half years ago Oliver was diagnosed with cancer. Since then he and his brother George have had access to the invaluable services provided by Little Havens. Little Havens relies on generous donations to continue their mission of providing support and counselling to families like my very close friends, the Robsons, during the most difficult times. When a child has been diagnosed with a complex or incurable condition, Little Havens can provide the care they need, ‘Making every day count’.

They work closely with the family to ensure their care and support is the best it can possibly be, so the whole family can get the most from life, and make every day count.

I'm running both the Manchester Half Marathon (13th October 2024 - tomorrow as I write this! 😬) and the Manchester Marathon (27th April 2025) to raise money for this incredibly important cause. I'll be 40 by the time I finish, so please be generous!
