Help me please, I am swimming 10k down the River Dart next week, on Saturday 2nd September. That's 10,000m and like my fundraising, my training has only just started!

As someone who has always enjoyed being in the water whether that be the sea, river or pool, I am raising money so that children with disabilities can enjoy the water as much as I do.
