In June 2024 my wife Helen unfortunately suffered a Stroke at age 28. This was due to a blood clot and an undiagnosed PFO (hole in heart) that requires heart surgery.

*She is the strongest person I know and is making a great recovery from her heart operation*

In April 2025 I'm running the Manchester Marathon for The British Heart Foundation. Any donations would be fantastic and much appreciated by us both.
