On 28 September 2024, a group of colleagues (Martha Price, Alex Hill, Zhu Yao, Jade Curran, Helen Bunker, Fernanda de Faria and Emma Shakeshaft) from Blake Morgan LLP's London office will be trekking 25km in the Chilterns countryside, covering historic trails, rolling hills, nature reserves, and fantastic views.

This is all to raise money for a fantastic cause. Blake Morgan LLP are proud to partner with the British Heart Foundation and to raise funds that will help the charity fund lifesaving research.

In October 2022, we sadly lost Lawrence Phillips, a consultant and former partner in our Corporate team, following a sudden and unexpected heart attack. Lawrence was a fantastic lawyer and above all, a great friend to many. He brought commercial flair, wisdom and fun to all his relationships, both with colleagues and clients, and was a much respected and admired partner at the firm.

With heart and circulatory diseases killing one in four people in the UK, its inspiring to know that our fundraising could make a real impact for such an important cause and honour Lawrence's memory.
