Wye Valley Mighty Hike 2024 - full marathon · 7 September 2024 ·

In September 2024, we're hiking a half or full marathon along the beautiful Wye Valley to raise vital funds for people living with cancer.

Story

Ten years without our Daddy B feels like a monumental milestone that we as his daughters wanted to mark with a challenge. 26 miles might be tricky; but no challenge is too much where Dad is concerned, and like all our life challenges to date it’s one that we will tackle together. We hope to raise a lot of money in his memory for a charity that can make all the difference to people facing the horror of cancer.

We lost the best Dad there was in 2014 but we remember him every day, and doing this together feels an excellent way for us, and everyone donating, to keep his memory alive.

If you want to give anonymously there is also no way of us knowing who it is, so please do please let one of us know it’s you; we would love to be able to thank you!
