I have been working at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital for past 19 years as a nurse at various specialities such as ITU, wards ,research and Target Lung Project. I always been hardworking and dedicating myself in delivering excellent ,compassionate care to all of our patients with my colleagues at work. I always been so proud to be working at Heart and Chest Hospital.

The ground breaking work done at our hospital changes lives and with heart and lung disease remaining the main causes of death and disability in the UK, its never been more needed. LHCH charity supports the hospital in many ways and helps thousand of people living with heart and lung disease every year.

I always wanted to do some charity work for LHCH and I thought this is the best opportunity for me to contribute myself towards fund raising for LHCH by sky diving. Any support would be greatly appreciated xx
