Story

Richard was in the RNRU ward at Homerton hospital for 7 months after his stroke. The Homerton Hope Charity contributed so enormously to Richard's and our families emotional well being through this time. Through the charity there is a 'leisure co-ordinator' in the ward who organises so many wonderful events that we all went to as a family and she also took 13 stroke survivors to Stratford shopping centre for Xmas lunch on public transport! (with help obviously!) Please give to this charity so other stroke survivors and their families can also be supported in the wonderful way we were. Thank you. And thank you to all the staff at RNRU for everything you did for us.
