The Big Busk is a live performance event, run by volunteers to raise money for SASH. Together we are aiming to end youth homelessness.

The event takes place on 17th May 2025 at St Crux Hall in York City Centre. Come along to hear some great local musicians and performers. for more details visit beinthis.org/bigbusk.

SASH is a local charity that works to prevent homelessness in young people aged 16-25 across York, North Yorkshire and East Yorkshire. They do this by providing accommodation through a network of hosts, who are ordinary families with a spare room who want to help.

For many of our young people, a host family provides the supportive environment they need to begin to get things back on track. Along with housing SASH also provides each young person with an enhanced support programme.
