On Friday November 15th which is now only a few days away , I shall be sleeping rough for the night all in aid of charity , I believe homelessness should not exist in our modern society so I’m doing this for this great cause. I count myself lucky that I get to go home every night and sleep in a warm comfy bed, unfortunately for a lot of people in Swansea this is not the case, seeing this more and more across the city I really wanted to see if there was anything I could do, then seeing this big sleep out I went online straight away and signed up, so please help me raise as much money as possible for this worthy charity.

Homelessness and rough sleeping are still problems for people in Swansea. The causes are complicated, and the solutions are equally complex. This event will highlight the issues and put a focus on two charities working together to help. It will raise much needed funds and give myself a tiny taste of sleeping out in the cold of Autumn. We know this doesn’t compare with the uncertainty and hardship of actual homelessness, but it does help focus the mind, and offers a chance to make a difference by raising funds.

As Thom from Matthews House said, "working together with friends and partners is always better for everyone". So let's work on this together and help 'bring hope to people in need'.
