We lost a true friend recently to mental health, her spirit will live on in the memories of those who loved her.
When you lose someone to mental health, its a reminder to be kind and compassionate, as you never know the battles someone else may be fighting beneath the surface.
Remember during our darkest moments, we must focus on the sunlight.
Always remind yourself you matter, you are visible, loved, beautiful.
We are doing a memory walk in Herrington Park on the 26th May to raise awareness and vital funds for a future where everyone can get quality mental health care when they need it.
