George & I are taking part in a Mud Run to raise funds for Headway Sussex, which is somewhere that my Mum/George's Nan uses twice a week, taking part in different activities, such as art, craft, baking & bowling.

It is an amazing place with lovely and helpful staff.

Headway's MISSION is to promote understanding of all aspects of brain injury and to provide information, support and services to people with a brain injury, their families and carers.

They treat people with respect and empathy; they provide choice and opportunity. They empower people to achieve optimum independence, interacton and social inclusion.
